Teton Range, Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park

This work captures the dramatic essence of the alpine ridges, deep canyons and broad plains that define this iconic landscape. Guided by the philosophy Robert Bateman, whose work "Chief" can be viewed at the National Museum of Wildlife Art, just outside of Jackson, I used techniques I developed over the last decade to depict the terrain in the aesthetic of a painting. Type I used sparingly, and only to identify principle features. These visual qualities are why this work captures the dramatic physical essence of this iconic place.

Even if, or perhaps especially if,  you live here, "Teton Range-Jackson Hole" is your portal to connecting with this remarkable landscape, and appreciating its beauty, like never before. 

For close-up settings, like hallways, I recommend small sizes. For large rooms with longer viewing distances, I think you will enjoy the dramatic visual impact of a larger size.
