RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICIES

 

Return, replace, exchange

  • Our maps are produced, printed, and shipped with the attention to detail that is an Imus Geographics hallmark.
  • If you are not fully satisfied with your map purchase, contact us within 30 days for instructions on how to return your map product in good condition for a full refund, exchange or replacement (refunds and replacements for damaged maps are only accepted if the maps were damaged prior to your receipt of them).
  • Cancellations can be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us if you wish to inquire about canceling an order.

Shipping

  • Each wall map is carefully rolled, then wrapped in heavy craft paper, and inserted into a sturdy cardboard tube. Depending on quantity, folded maps are shipped in large envelopes or in cartons.
  • Normally, your map(s) will be shipped the next business* day after you place your order.
  • Standard/domestic shipping (usually 2-10 business days for delivery) is free.
  • Expedited shipping options (3, 2 and 1-day) are available, as is international shipping (3-10 business days). Select your shipping option on the checkout page after entering your shipping address. Please note: 3, 2 and 1-day expedited shipping has been temporarily suspended.
